Why we exist
Most venues run on a patchwork of paper dockets, group chats and spreadsheets. Arena Service puts ordering, service, payments, rosters, attendance, stock and reporting into one live system, so everyone from the waiter to the owner is looking at the same truth at the same moment.
Guests scan the QR code on the table and order straight away — no app, no account, no sign-in. Your team sees the order the instant it lands.
How pricing works
There are no plans or subscriptions anywhere in Arena Service. We charge a commission — 1% by default — on completed sales. Cancelled orders, rejected payments, refunds and tips are never included. Your commission page shows exactly what is owed, and we invoice separately.
